how? it was 7 p.m a driver of a Hummer got into an argument with Wayne Luke in the 1300 block of Northwest Third Street in broward ,When the driver walked away from the argument, Luke followed. He pulled out a gun and fired one shot. he missed but it struck Kenneth Johnson, a 39-year-old Fort Lauderdale resident who was sitting in the passenger seat of the vehicle.and his son in the back seat.
