Many people often use the new year as a catalyst for change in their life. This is frequently referred to as a “new years resolution”. Common new year’s resolution include quitting smoking, losing weight and starting workout routines. Do you have a new year’s resolution? What is it? Why is it important? How long have you been dealing with it? How will you achieve this goal? What can keep you from not achieving it? How will you avoid the things that will keep you from succeeding? If you do not have a new year’s resolution, think about something that you would like to change in your life this year. Make sure you choose something you can accomplish and answer the questions in italics in the previous paragraph.
my new years resolution is to stop smoking its imprtant because its getting me in too much trubble ive been smoking sice i was 13 and ive been wanted to stop im gonna achieve his goal by not hanging out with the people that smoke the only thing that can keep me from doing this is my friends because they always smoke and it can be pretty tempting..
